you require a more precise search, we provide an advanced search
service where you can enter simultaneous search criteria for
example ISBN, subject or year published. Click on Search
to access the results page where you will find a list of matching
titles for the search criteria which you entered. Click on the
More link of the any of the titles shown to display the
eBook's information file containing: title, author, publisher,
price, language, year published, editorial review, size, No
of pages, etc. |

The shopping basket
| Once
you have chosen the eBook you wish to buy click on Add to
basket, the selected title will be added to your shopping
basket where you will be able to see the title, author and price
in euros of the selected eBooks. |

| If
the e-book chosen is a gift, you need to click on Gift item. A
form will then appear in which you need to provide the details of the
recipient of the gift. It is vital that you provide at the very least,
the e-mail address of the recipient. If you wish to write them a message
you may do so in the Message field. |

When you click on Continue, the
gift eBook will appear in your shopping basket with a gift
icon next to it. Gift eBooks and eBooks for you can be included
in the same purchase.
To continue shopping click on Add more
items, if however you wish to remove any of the products listed,
click on the Remove option next to the corresponding article.
When you have finished adding articles
to your basket and want to complete the shopping process, click on Buy
now.

Creating
your customer account
|
To confirm your order you need to provide
some personal details. If you are already a Todoebook customer, simply
enter your e-mail and password and click on Continue, your details
are saved and all you have to do is check that the details are correct.
If on the other hand you have not
shopped with Todoebook before, enter your e-mail address and select
I am a new customer. Then click on Continue.

The next step is to complete or check
your personal details, depending on if your are already a Todoebook
customer or not. Remember that the fields marked * are mandatory. Your
e-mail address and your password will identify you as a Todoebook customer
when you perform future operations or access your order details.

Confirming your order
|
On this screen you can check all the purchase
details before going to the BSCH payment page. Check all the details
are correct and click on Continue.
If you are giving an eBook as a
gift make sure the recipient's details are correct, in particular
the e-mail address. If you find an incorrect piece of information,
click on the corresponding field and make the correction.
If once you have checked that the information is correct you
wish to complete the shopping process, click on Continue
and you will enter the payment page of the BSCH bank.

Here the bank requires you to enter your
credit card details, either Visa, 4b or MasterCard. This is a direct
payment with the bank and your details will be protected in the sense
that only the bank has access to them. Todoebook does not have access
to the bank details of its customers.

If the payment is authorised by the bank
and no error is reported, the operation will have been completed.
You will then receive a message on the screen confirming your
order and giving instructions on downloading the eBooks you
have bought. We recommend that you read the download instructions
carefully. The eBooks you have given as gifts will also appear
in the message, but it will be the recipient who receives
a message and download instructions when they receive the
gift.
