The Todoebook trademark may be used
exclusively when authorised by Publidisa and as part of the Associat€$
Programme.

Logos, banners or graphics from the
registered trademark Todoebook may not be altered or modified in any way,
be it in terms of colour, size, font etc.

The
registered trade mark Todoebook cannot be used in any way, which implies
or appears to imply sponsorship or any form of collaboration with Todoebook
which is not exclusively related to the Associat€$
Programme.

| 4 |
The trademark or logo should appear
on it's own and situated at a reasonable distance from other logos, texts,
graphics or elements of the web site. This distance should be at least
half the height of the Todoebook graphic and be applied to all sides.

The Todoebook trademark cannot be
used in any way, which may damage the image or good will of Todoebook
or Publidisa. If we consider this to be the case, Publidisa as the owner
of the Todoebook trademark will exercise their right to cancel membership
to Todoebook´s Associat€$
Programme.

All the rights to the Todoebook trademark
are the exclusive property of Publidisa. (Publicaciones Digitales S.A.).

Publidisa reserves the right to modify
this user guide at any time and without prior warning on their part.

Publidisa reserves the right to start legal
proceedings against anyone who does not comply with the guidelines of
use for the registered trademark Todoebook.
