Why do I get a certification
error after having installed the Adobe Reader
When you install the Adobe Reader
for the first time you must certify the product, this is
only necessary once. If your computer is networked and you have
a Firewall/Proxy server, you may have difficulties when certifying
products due to a bad configuration in your Internet Explorer or
due to restricted access in the configuration of you Firewall/Proxy

What should I do if
the error, "cannot open EBX transfer file" appears when
I try to open the EBX transfer file?
You must certify the Adobe Reader. If you do not certify
it you will be able to download *.etd files which allow the Adobe
Reader to download books, but not the actual books. In this case

appearing.

No, you can't. To read encrypted eBooks you must install
Adobe Digital Editions, Adobe Reader 6 or Adobe Reader 7.

PDFs, so
it is absolutly neccesary to
