The following are terms and conditions which you (the "User") and Publicaciones Digitales S.A. (Publidisa) regulate the "Terms of use" of the web sites controlled directly by "Publidisa". By using Publidisa's web sites you are deemed to have read and accepted the following conditions and any legal norms applicable to this material.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, we would ask you to refrain from using any of Publidisa's web sites.

1. Object of the site:

The Todoebook web site (Site) has been designed with a commercial objective, although they contain a large quantity of information which is offered free of charge to the general public without the need for any type of payment at the time of access. It is in this area in particluar, where Publidisa wishes to establish the current conditions and limitations of use for "Users", which extend and cover the complimentary terms and do not contradict those which cover other parts of the Site which deal with economic transfers, and which are subject to General and/or Specific Conditions.

For all operations carried out on the Site which involve receipt of payment of money, there are other applicable conditions know as "General Conditions" which can be accessed from the main page of the Site.

There are also "Specific Conditions" which apply to particular services. These "Specific Conditions" will be made available to the User on receipt of proof of identity, through any medium and clearly endorsed by the User, before both parties regard the work in question as accepted.

2. Publisher rights and copyright:

The copyright, patent rights, trademarks, graphics, images, logos and icons which appear on the Todoebook web site are the exclusive property of Publidisa or their Clients. All content and format is protected by current national and international law.

The use of any content found on the Todoebook web site is striclty forbidden without a written licence.

3. Use of Internet links:

Publidisa, as the owner of Todoebook, cannot be held responsible for the content and policies of the web sites of any third party organisations which the User can access from links on the Todoebook web site. Publidisa will, if possible, use the maximum reasonable effort to identify the cause of any such situations, without being forced at any time to assume responsibility for not doing so, as it is the full responsibility of the User to understand the technology and the navigator they are using in order to make their own decisions about what they do and do not want to do. Publidisa only uses widely known technology.

A specific example of links to third party web sites is via advertising banners, which due to the technology used and form of marketing, need to be as unambiguous as possible for the user. Publidisa may use banners from third parties on their web site.

Within the Todoebook web site, the User is not authorised to use any undisclosed links to any type of page, without a written agreement with Publidisa, thereby permitting navigation only through visible links.

4. Privacy Policy:

The objective of Publidisa's privacy policy is to ensure that current legislation on the use of personal information is upheld. Publidisa will not use your information without permission, with the exception of your e-mail address, which when necessary will be used to maintain contact when indicated by you, also to allow you, as far as possible and without obliging you at any time, a means of managing your own information.

By using the Todoebook web site, you are authorising us to store the information left by your IP address with the aim of managing the systems, improving the efficieny of the web site and carrying out general statistical research, it also serves as a form of security and is necessary for any possible legal proceedings.

The User has the choice of accepting or rejecting "cookies" which configure their navigator. In this case, it is possible that certain functions of the web site will not work adequately.

5. Limitations:

Publidisa does not take responsibility for any damages which may occur as a result of errors or incorrect configurations of any software that may be installed on the User's computer, transmission errors or manufacturing defects in the software.

You are responsible for what happens to your own hardware and you should take any security measures necessary to protect the information stored on it, to avoid loss or damage caused by downloads from the Todoebook web site.

6. Modifications:

Publidisa reserves the right to change the current terms and conditions at any time, the date modified and the new conditions will appear on the same page and will come into effect immediately, this is not however intended to be a regular occurence.

If, due to a change in legislation or judicial review some of the current conditions become inapplicable, those clauses will be void, however the remaining clauses will remain valid and in effect.

By using our web site you are deemed to accept these conditions and any modifications made to them, obliging you to consult this page regularly.

7. Jurisdiction:

You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville, in relation to each and every dispute arising from these Conditions of Use of Publidisa's web site.
